This is what unopposed illegal immigration has done to Los Angeles. It’s turning it into a third world country. Americans, take note. And no., this isn’t some RACE issue. It’s culture and overcrowding, and people who refuse to aim higher. VanNuys is just…ick..I just hate driving through there it’s so gross…fee s like a third world country too.
